1. How can I get some samples?
We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2.What's the MOQ and payment support ?
MOQ is 5000pcs .
T/T, L/C is accepted .
3.Can you provide custom colors or printing for the plastic cartridge?
Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture , logo , sizes etc detail information design for customers.
4. What does "IML" mean for this plastic cartridge?
IML stands for "In-Mold Labeling." The label is fused inside the mold during production, making it permanent, scratch-resistant, and immune to solvent damage, ensuring lasting print quality.
5.What's the lead time for production and shipping?
For standard items, the lead time is approximately 7-15 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Custom orders or large volumes may require additional time, which we will confirm upfront.
