2. What is your MOQ for this plastic cartridges?

The MOQ depends on your requirements. For plain non-printed cartridges, the minimum order quantity is lower. For custom logo or artwork printing, a higher MOQ is required to cover printing setup costs. Please contact us for exact MOQ details.

3. What payment terms do you accept?

We support multiple international payment methods. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is our main payment option. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders. Other payment solutions can be discussed for long-term cooperative customers.

4. How long is the production and delivery lead time?

Lead time varies based on order quantity and custom printing work. Normally, production takes 7–20 working days after receiving your deposit and confirmed artwork. Extra time will be needed for ocean or air shipping to your destination port.

5. Can we customize the cartridge with our own logo and information?

Sure. We offer custom printing on the HDPE cartridge body. You can print your brand logo, product name, technical parameters and warning texts. Please provide vector artwork files so we can make the printing plate for you.
